MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC MEETING OF OCTOBER 25TH, 2005
HANSON TOWN HALL, LIBERTY ST., HANSON, MA


Called to Order at 7:30 PM under M.G.L. Chapter 131, s.40 and the Hanson By-Law 1-13, s.5. by Philip Lindquist, Chairman, in Meeting Room A at the Town Hall.

Public Hearings

7:45 PM  Request to Amend an Order of Conditions to allow a modification to relocate garages at 255 Rear Liberty Street, Assessors Map 82, Lot 6-1 for Dennis Leary, Trustee for Hudson Park Associates, N.T., 2 Columbia Rd., Pembroke, MA  02359 (DEP #175-433)  

Dave Harris read the Public Hearing Notice and the abutters were verified.  The hearing was continued to November 8th as the agent had some concerns about the plan and was not able to be here to voice them because of extenuating circumstances.  Mr. Peter Guidaboni, an abutter was present and was informed of the date and time of the continuance.

8:15 PM  Request for Determination of Applicability for the installation of a septic repair at 226 West Washington St., Assessors Map 93, Lot 11A for John Coulstring represented by Grady Consulting, LLC, 6 Grays Beach Rd., Kingston, MA  (New Hearing)

Dave Harris read the Public Hearing Notice and the abutters list was verified.  Gary Walcott from Grady Engineering made the presentation for a proposal for a septic upgrade.   Pinebrook Consulting had delineated the wetland line.  The system was out of the 50-foot buffer zone.  No abutters were present.

8:30 PM Continued Notice of Intent  for the construction of a garage at 76 Woodbrook Lane, Map 116, Lot 5-6A, Hanson, MA for Shaun MacPherson, owner   (DEP #SE175-___)

Shaun MacPherson presented a revised plan and requested a variance from the 50-foot no-build setback.   The size of the garage had been reduced and mitigation had been added.  The garage was moved out of the 100-foot buffer zone of the Riverfront area.

Letter from John Delano regarding 243 Franklin St., President Titanium – E. Bridgewater is requiring President Titanium to file a Notice of Intent.
Letter from DEP/Notification of an on-site inspection at Winter Street, Stonebridge Commons for evaluation of a requested amendment to the Superseding Order of Conditions – Phil Lindquist will attend.
Memo from John Barrows of Marchionda & Associates regarding Extension to OOC’s (DEP #175-366) – Hold until Ms. Delaney has time to review request.
